Derik’s 23rd birthday. I recently found a photo of me when I was 23. It’s on the frig right now. Derik, Lauren, Mom. Rob and I had dinner at Chili’s. They tried twice to seat us at a table meant for 4, but we finally got an appropriate table. It was fun. Rob and went to their apartment afterwards. Derik has a LARGE salt water fish tank started. It’s amazing and wonderful. I think I might like to have one, but am not sure if I am up to the attention required. He has little teeny tiny critters in there and is letting the tank normalize, which can take six months. He does some very amazing things . I am glad to see so much confidence and experiencing of what he’s interested in. Living life fully.
